EBP blending program initiated by government of India to blend 20% ethanol with petrol to be achieved by 2025. Incentives provided by government of India to set up new ethanol plant gave the idea to implement this project.

Increasing the capacity of the existing plant.
Innovation and Achievements
- Modification in the equipment with negligible investment.
- Process modification resulted in achieving capacity up-to 100 KLPD with desired quality.
- Increased boiler capacity from 16 TPH to 18 TPH.
- Addition of extra cooling tower to de-bottle neck the requirement of cooling water for process application.
- Conservation of electric power by providing VFD's whereever required.
- Enhancing efficiency optimum requirement to continue operation of the plant more than 330 days in a year.
