While in my previous organisation, we had successfully commissioned two new projects 100 klpd ENA/ethanol plant and 65 klpd RS to ethanol plant. Both the plants are in continuous operation to produce fuel ethanol as a small contribution to GOI's prestigious EBP Blending program.
Most probably this may be first projects to be established as customized projects as per client's requirements and specifications. In this project, we have established 55 tph, 65 bar, 510 super heat boiler with full fledged ESP and standby MDC. A 7 MW extraction cum condensate steam turbine also established as captive power plant catering the full power requirements for the distilleriey.
The beauty of this project is that other than distillation, evaporation and driers rest of other plant equipments and machineries such as mill section, grain silo systems with material handling systems, liquefaction, fermentation, WTP/ETP/DM Plants, captive power plant with fuel handling systems, cooling towers for process and power plant, receiver and bulk storage tanks, full fledged fire fighting systems etc are designed, fabricated and established at site under my guidance.
